2013 DRMT Dinner, Show, and Auction

The 2013 DR Mission Team presents:  

"Had we not gone . . ."

Based on Isaiah 6:8:  "Then I heard the Lord’s voice, saying, 'Whom can I send? Who will go for us?' So I said, “Here I am. Send me!”

The annual DR Mission Team fundraising concert, dinner, and silent auction is set for Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Lyman Hall High School in Wallingford. Over the last several years this event has attracted 900 – 1,000 people and we again expect a full house! Come out and enjoy a tasty dinner, an exciting show, and a wonderful silent auction.

Here is the schedule for the night:

5 pm - 6:30 pm: a fabulous pasta dinner

7 pm: an inspiring show featuring live music, video, and drama to celebrate the work being done to help the very poor in La Romana. 

Throughout the evening: a great silent auction. See the list of great items at this year's auction.

Tickets: $10 - Adults, $7 - Students, Free - for all kids 5 and under

Over the last 11 years this event has raised over $230,000 to support hundreds of local volunteer missionaries and many of the projects to help the very poor such as Fifty for 50, Fulfilling Smiles, Biosand Water Filters, and Mandes Cocina.
