The Dominican Republic Mission Team will be featured in the Huffington Post online – before, during, and after the June 22-July 7, 2012 mission trips to La Romana, DR.
Over 1,000 people attended the 2012 DR Mission Team's Second Annual "Sammy Awards", held on Saturday, March 31, 2012, at Sheehan High School. The overflow crowd enjoyed a tasty dinner, an exciting show, and a wonderful silent auction. All proceeds will benefit t The Dominican Republic Mission Team, which will bring 100 local short-term missionaries to La Romana, Dominican Republic in June and July to serve the very poor.
