2020 DRMT Planning Calendar: All Summer Trips

Sunday, Jan. 26 - (The initial $100 and online application needed to hold your spot on the trip)

• 2 p.m. @ FBC Wallingford  - Informational meeting for all interested in going in summer 2020. Details, fundraising and lots of questions answered! Watch the Facebook Live video from this meeting.

February 16 - 1pm to 2pm @ FBC Wallingford. Fundraiser tickets, donation letters and forms, posters available for distribution

 

February 20 - online training available - how to help in the DR without “hurting.” How are we perceived? (another $100 due).

March 20 - online training available - how to stay healthy while in the DR (another $200 due)

​

March 22 - Time TBD @ New Life Church Wallingford. DR Mission Team Experience fundraiser meeting at the location of our April fundraiser to help organize and prepare for this event.

Friday, April 3 - 5pm, DRMT Fundraiser set up at New Life Church Wallingford.

 

Saturday, April 4  - DRMT Fundraiser Event at New Life Church Wallingford.

April 20 - online training available - details on our mission projects in the DR (another $200 due)

 

Saturday, May 30  - 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. -- DR Team Retreat (@New Life Church Wallingford). All should make every effort to attend!  This is an important time of group building and getting to know each other. We will enjoy team building exercises and activities for all ages and abilities. Lunch will be served. This time together with each other before we leave the country is invaluable for our team and helps tremendously once we are in the DR. (final payment is due)
